Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your Viby.bio Premium subscription at any time through your dashboard:

  1. Go to Settings; the Subscription card is at the top of the page
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm by clicking Yes, Cancel
  4. Your Premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period; the Subscription card shows this date under Your plan ends on

After cancellation:

  • You retain Premium features until the billing cycle ends.
  • Until that date, you may withdraw your cancellation by clicking Resume Subscription on the same card.
  • Your profile and data are never deleted — you simply return to the free plan.
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain Premium access.

2. Refund Policy

  • All subscriptions (monthly and annual): 7-day money-back guarantee on every charge, including renewal charges. Ask within 7 days of a charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
  • Annual subscriptions: In addition, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have not substantially used the Premium features.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@viby.bio within 7 days of the charge (or, for annual plans, within 14 days of the initial purchase as described in Section 2)
  2. Include your account email
  3. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • More than 7 days after a charge, unless it is an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase whose Premium features have not been substantially used
  • Account was suspended due to Terms of Service violations

5. Downgrade to Free

When your Premium subscription ends (after cancellation or non-renewal):

  • Your profile remains active on the free plan, and your content is not deleted
  • Your blocks, themes, links, cover image and analytics continue to work, as they are available on the free plan
  • Advertising is displayed on your pages again
  • The Viby logo and the Viby banner are displayed on your pages again
  • The blue subscriber badge is no longer displayed next to your name on your pages
  • Any custom domain connected to your page stops serving it; your page remains available at its viby.bio address
  • Your upload space returns to the free limit of 20 MB. Files you have already uploaded are kept, but new uploads are not possible while your usage exceeds this limit
  • If you have more pages than the free plan allows, your earliest-created page remains active and the other pages are archived. Archived pages are not deleted and can be restored if you resubscribe
  • Free plan limits apply (1 page, unlimited links, 20 MB of upload space)
