Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
You may cancel your Viby.bio Premium subscription at any time through your dashboard:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your Premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period
After cancellation:
- You retain Premium features until the billing cycle ends.
- Your profile and data are never deleted — you simply return to the free plan.
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain Premium access.
2. Refund Policy
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid charges.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the Premium features.
- Free trial: If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an annual subscription:
- Email us at support@viby.bio within 14 days of purchase
- Include your account email and the reason for the refund
- We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- More than 14 days after purchase (annual plans)
- The subscription has been substantially used
- Account was suspended due to Terms of Service violations
- Monthly plans after the billing cycle has started
5. Downgrade to Free
When your Premium subscription ends (after cancellation or non-renewal):
- Your profile remains active on the free plan
- Premium-only features (custom blocks, themes, Spotify, etc.) become inactive
- Your existing data is preserved but hidden until you resubscribe
- Free plan limits apply (1 page, unlimited links, standard theme only)
