3. Cryptocurrency and Financial Data

Viby.bio allows users to display public cryptocurrency wallet addresses (public keys).

Not a Financial Service: Viby.bio is not a wallet provider, exchange, or financial institution.
Risk Assumption: Displaying a wallet address is entirely at your own risk. Viby.bio shall not be held liable for any financial losses, failed transactions, or errors occurring on third-party blockchain networks.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Property: The Viby.bio name, logo, software, user interface (UI/UX) design, and all related materials are the exclusive property of our platform.
User Content: You retain all rights to the content you post. However, by posting on Viby.bio, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content for the purpose of providing and promoting the service.

5. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or harm the integrity of the platform, without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability
