1. Overview
At Viby.bio, we want you to be satisfied with your Premium subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
2. Free Trial
If you signed up with a free trial and cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary since no payment was made.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Because you have full access to Premium features from the moment of payment:
- No refunds are provided for partial months.
- Cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
- After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
4. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 14-day refund window:
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- After 14 days, no refunds are provided for annual subscriptions.
- The refund applies only if the Premium features have not been substantially used.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@viby.bio within the eligible refund window
- Include your registered email address and the reason for the refund
- We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Paddle).
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Once a refund is issued, your Premium access will be immediately revoked.
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided in the following situations:
- Requests made after the 14-day window for annual plans
- Monthly subscriptions (partial or full month)
- Accounts that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting our support team
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
