Purchase Agreement

1. Parties

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Viby.bio ("Service Provider", "we", "us") and the user ("Subscriber", "you") who purchases a Premium subscription.

2. Service Description

Viby.bio offers two tiers: Free and Premium.

Free Plan

  • 1 page per account
  • Unlimited links on your page
  • Basic profile customization (avatar, bio, details, vibes, interests)
  • Standard analytics (views, clicks)
  • Personality tests (MBTI, IQ, EQ, Love Language, Enneagram)
  • In-app browser detection banner
  • QR code sharing

Premium Plan

By subscribing to Viby.bio Premium, you gain access to all Free features plus:

  • Up to 10 pages per account
  • Premium themes — 20+ color schemes and custom gradients
  • Spotify integration — Now Playing widget and Top Tracks display
  • Custom blocks — Countdown, Donate, FAQ, YouTube, Quote, Gallery, HTML, Banner, Location, and Locked Link (PIN-protected)
  • Block ordering — drag-and-drop profile layout customization
  • Advanced analytics — detailed visitor insights, device breakdown, referrer tracking, custom date ranges
  • Priority support — faster response times via email

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Monthly Plan: $4.99/month
  • Annual Plan: $39.99/year (save 33%)
  • Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.
  • Payment is processed securely through Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
  • Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance.

4. Billing Cycle

  • Your subscription begins on the date of purchase.
  • Billing recurs automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • You will be charged on the same day of each cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. Free Trial

  • New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Premium.
  • A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
  • After cancellation during the trial, you return to the Free plan with no charge.

6. Subscriber Obligations

By purchasing, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • The billing information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content you create on Viby.bio remains your property.
  • The Viby.bio platform, design, and code are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
  • Your subscription grants you a non-transferable license to use Premium features.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Viby.bio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable international commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by arbitration if necessary.

10. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
