Purchase Agreement

1. Parties

This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Viby.bio ("Service Provider", "we", "us") and the user ("Subscriber", "you") who purchases a Premium subscription.

2. Service Description

Viby.bio offers two tiers: Free and Premium.

Free Plan

  • 1 page per account
  • Unlimited links on your page
  • Full page customization, including all content blocks, all themes and the cover image
  • Analytics for your page
  • Personality tests (MBTI, IQ, EQ, Love Language, Enneagram)
  • In-app browser detection banner
  • QR code sharing
  • 20 MB of upload space

Pages on the Free plan display advertising, the Viby logo and the Viby banner.

Premium Plan

By subscribing to Viby.bio Premium, you gain access to all Free features plus:

  • No advertising on your pages
  • Custom domain — connect a domain you own to your page
  • Removal of the Viby logo from your pages
  • Removal of the Viby banner from your pages
  • 1 GB of upload space
  • Up to 10 pages per account
  • Blue subscriber badge — a blue badge displayed next to your name on your pages while your Premium subscription remains active; no badge is displayed on pages whose header is turned off

No other feature is reserved for Premium. All other features of the Service, including content blocks, themes and analytics, are available on the Free plan.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Premium is available as a Monthly Plan or an Annual Plan, billed monthly or annually as you select at checkout.
  • The price and currency of your subscription are those shown at checkout for your country, and prices may differ between countries. The amount confirmed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, is the amount charged.
  • Prices may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.
  • Payment is processed securely through Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
  • Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and tax compliance.

4. Billing Cycle

  • Your subscription begins on the date of purchase. Premium access starts immediately and the first payment is charged at the time of purchase; no free trial is offered.
  • Billing recurs automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • You will be charged on the same day of each cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
  • Every charge, whether monthly or annual, is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. Annual subscriptions may additionally be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase if the Premium features have not been substantially used. 5. Subscriber Obligations

By purchasing, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • The billing information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content you create on Viby.bio remains your property.
  • The Viby.bio platform, design, and code are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
  • Your subscription grants you a non-transferable license to use Premium features.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Viby.bio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable international commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by arbitration if necessary.

9. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
